This is a very well rounded 272 page teacher on energy healing. I was especially attracted to it because it goes in depth to show the inner workings of energy. I was amazed to learn that even as an embryo, right from conception I was already an energetic being with a system that functioned in perfect order. I found the pictures and graphs scattered through extremely helpful.
It explained the meridians, energy vortices, and so much more concerning the different different modalities that promote healing. The material is presented in a direct and easy to follow format, though I must admit I had to go back over a few pages to let the vast amount of info sink in. I would recommend this great helper to healers at any stage of their journey. Thanks Arnie, for exposing our inner workings in a loving and comprehensive fashion.
