Well ya learn something new everyday, and today was no exception. I learned that there is actually yoga for babies and their moms, how cool is that. I watched the well produced totally inspired DVD and there was the instructor and 5 moms and babies participating. At first I thought it was gonna be a big fussy mess, but it was just so beautiful to watch.
The instructions were clear and easy to follow, the moms were so great with their kids, and the babies loved every minute of it. Just simple movement s and stretches to help mom recovery from the birth process and for baby to feel calmer and happier. Being a mom of 5 I wish this one was around when I had my kids. The greatest part is that it is designed not just for moms and babies but for any caregiver of babies. I would recommend this blessed event after the blessed event to anyone seeking a spiritual healthy way to bring yoga into the lives of those little ones we all love so much. Thanks Lisa, For your precious program, I am sure it has helped millions.
